five-week certification program on Contemporary Cooking and Presentation Techniques, offered by the Department of Hotel & Hospitality Management, University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata.
The program will start from 19th April, 2023, for those students who have a strong interest in the field of Culinary Arts.
