Department of Biotechnology from its inception took the pragmatic role in the holistic development of the careers of the students in context with the latest requirement of the Industry. Department upgrades its syllabus on the basis of the recent needs of the Industry guided by the representatives from academia and industry. The connectivity of the department with various Industries provides the students the platform to do Industrial training that facilitates their career development. The Department not only focuses on Jobs but also focuses on higher studies and research by involving students into minor projects from second year of the course curriculum.. The university organizes various conferences and workshops where the students and the faculty members get opportunities to cultivate their research outlook and network with people from Institutes of National and International Reputes.
