2025Joined Zepto as Operations Manager II with 18 LPA.Managed daily operations with a volume of approximately 3 lakh orders.Led a team of 200+ members.Subsequently transitioned to the role of Program Manager, overseeing regional metrics across North India, including damage and shrinkage-loss management.
