of Understanding (MoU) with Prof. Fang Zhao, Sustainability Strategist and CEO of Strategy&Ops
Consultancy, Melbourne, Australia.
This strategic partnership aims to foster international collaboration in the areas of sustainable
business practices, joint research initiatives, capacity building, and strategic academic
engagements. The MoU is expected to pave the way for meaningful exchange of knowledge, global
exposure for students and faculty, and innovative approaches to addressing sustainability challenges in management education.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formally signed between the School of Management, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur and Mr. Kushagra Bhatia, CEO & Co-Founder of JobGen.AI, New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
The objective of this MoU is to foster a collaborative partnership aimed at enhancing student employability through AI-driven career solutions, facilitating academic-industry integration, promoting joint research, and creating international opportunities for students in the fields of digital business and technology innovation.
This collaboration marks a significant step towards preparing students for the evolving global workforce by combining academic excellence with real-world industry insights.

The School of Management, UEM Jaipur, proudly celebrates the successful completion of the BBA Digital Business program in collaboration with IIDE – India’s leading digital marketing institute. This industry-integrated program equipped students with cutting-edge skills in digital strategy, marketing analytics, e-commerce, and social media, preparing them to lead in the evolving digital economy. AIMBIG OCEANIA 2025 | UNSW Sydney
Fostering Global Collaboration & Innovation
The AIMBIG OCEANIA 2025 International Conference was successfully held from 16th to 18th May 2025 at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia.
The event was inaugurated by distinguished dignitaries including Prof. (Dr.) Biswajoy Chatterjee, Dr. Preeti Sharma, Dr. Mukesh Yadav, Dr. Samapika Das, and Mr. Nikita Atkins (Head of AI, UNSW).
With 106 research papers presented and expert talks by global industry leaders from Qantas, UTS Sydney, UNSW, JobGen.AI, and Strategy & Ops Consultancy, the conference brought together interdisciplinary voices from around the world.
Two key MoUs were signed with JobGen.AI and Strategy & Ops Consultancy to promote student internships, skill training, and international academic partnerships.
We thank our collaborators including Springer Nature, SMART Society USA, UNSW, Atlantis Press, and others for their invaluable support in making the event a global academic milestone.
EDTalk World Conference
Prof. Dr. Preeti Sharma, Associate Dean – Management, University of Engineering & Management, Jaipur, participated as a Speaker at the EDTalk World Conference & Exhibition, held on April 11–12, 2025, at Hotel Le Meridien, Windsor Place, New Delhi.
This prestigious event brought together policymakers, education leaders, and experts from across the country. Among the distinguished Guests of Honour was Shri Mahipal Dhanda, Hon’ble Education Minister of Haryana.
As part of the conference agenda, Dr. Sharma contributed to a Roundtable Discussion on: “Teacher Training and Development: Empowering Educators for the Digital Age”
The session explored strategic approaches to equipping educators with the necessary competencies and tools to effectively navigate and lead in an evolving digital landscape.
