Dr. Anamika Beniwal and Dr. Imran Khan have published a research paper titled "Boosting Power Hitting in Cricket: Core Stability and Rotational Strength Exercises" in the Scopus-indexed journal Library Progress International (Vol. 44 No. 3, Jul-Dec 2024, pp. 4652-4657). The study explores the role of core stability and rotational strength exercises in enhancing power hitting among cricketers, based on a six-month analysis involving 500 amateur and semi-professional players.
