University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur proudly participated in the 9th Edition of Run for Humanity, held on 21 December 2025 at Bombay Hospital, Mahal Road, Jaipur—a meaningful initiative promoting health, fitness, and social responsibility.
The event featured two categories—the 1 km “Incredible India Run” and the 5 km “ImpAct Humanity Run”, enabling students to participate according to their fitness levels. Students from the Department of Physiotherapy, UEM Jaipur, took part with great enthusiasm, representing the university with remarkable energy, discipline, and teamwork.
This inspiring initiative encouraged students to adopt fitness as a way of life while reinforcing the belief that even small efforts can create meaningful social impact. By running for a cause, participants supported the education and welfare of underprivileged children, blending physical wellbeing with social consciousness.
The event was successfully coordinated by Dr. Gauraang Singh, Dr. Neha Vyas, and Dr. Ashutosh Singh, whose efforts ensured impactful student participation and community engagement.

UUniversity of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur proudly celebrates an exceptional sporting achievement as its students emerged victorious at the 25th Rajasthan State Elite Women Boxing Championship, held at Sarwar from 20–22 December 2025. The championship witnessed intense competition among the finest women boxers from across Rajasthan.
Charu Yadav (BBA) delivered a stellar performance, showcasing tactical brilliance, speed, and unwavering focus to clinch the Gold Medal in her weight category. Her achievement stands as a shining example of balancing academic excellence with elite sports performance.
Tashree Menaria (B.Tech) also dominated the ring with strength, resilience, and refined technique, securing another Gold Medal for UEM Jaipur. Her commanding performances reaffirm her dedication and exceptional sporting talent.
These remarkable victories bring immense pride to UEM Jaipur and highlight the university’s commitment to nurturing holistic development—where academic rigor and sporting excellence thrive together.

UUniversity of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur, in proud association with NEWS18 Rajasthan, successfully organised the prestigious “Shikshit Beti, Sunahara Rajasthan” Summit, a powerful platform dedicated to celebrating and strengthening the cause of girls’ education, empowerment, and leadership in the state. The summit reflected the shared vision that an educated daughter is the foundation of a progressive and prosperous Rajasthan.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from UEM Jaipur’s leadership, faculty members, and girl students, showcasing the university’s deep commitment to nurturing confident, capable, and future-ready women. UEM Jaipur was represented by Prof. Dr. Biswajoy Chatterjee (Vice-Chancellor), Prof. Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma (Registrar & Provost), Prof. Dr. Preeti Sharma, Dr. Sapna Malla, Dr. Neha Vyas, Dr. Shweta Pareek, Dr. Risha Sharma, Dr. Ruma Rajbhar, along with a vibrant group of girl students, symbolising an inclusive and empowering academic culture.
A cultural highlight of the summit was a stunning folk dance performance by UEM Jaipur girl students, celebrating Rajasthan’s rich heritage while conveying the spirit of confidence, creativity, and women’s strength—beautifully illustrating how education empowers young women to express themselves with pride and purpose.
The summit was honoured by the presence of Shri Madan Dilawar, Hon’ble Education Minister, Government of Rajasthan, as the Chief Guest, and Smt. Ranu Sharma, Additional DCP (Traffic – South), Jaipur, as the Guest of Honour, whose inspiring words reinforced the importance of education, safety, leadership, and opportunity for girls.
Through this meaningful initiative, UEM Jaipur once again reaffirmed its commitment to empowering girls through education, innovation, cultural pride, and inclusive growth—contributing towards a truly Sunahara Rajasthan.

On 7th September 2025, the students of Atrang: The Cultural Club of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur, had the remarkable opportunity to participate in the Jaipur chapter of Mood Indigo Multicity, hosted at the vibrant VGU campus.
On 7th September 2025, the students of Atrang: The Cultural Club of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur, had the remarkable opportunity to participate in the Jaipur chapter of Mood Indigo Multicity, hosted at the vibrant VGU campus. Mood Indigo, IIT Bombay’s annual cultural extravaganza, stands as Asia’s largest celebration of art, music, theatre, and dance, and the Jaipur edition gave our students the platform to showcase their creativity and competitive spirit.
Our students participated across a wide spectrum of events—Mantra (group singing), MI Idol (solo singing), Aagaaz (street play), Desi Beats (dance), and MI: The Best (multi-skill showcase). Each performance reflected their talent, passion, and determination. Among these, a moment of immense pride came when UEM Jaipur secured third place in Mantra, earning a ticket to perform on the grand final stage at IIT Bombay.
This achievement is not only a milestone but also an inspiration, as our students prepare to represent UEM Jaipur on one of the country’s most prestigious cultural platforms. More than a competition, the event was an experience of learning, growth, and creative exchange—every performance witnessed, every interaction made, and every applause received added to their journey of excellence.
