Tiranga Rally under “Har Ghar Tiranga” Initiative 
🇮🇳 Har Ghar Tiranga Initiative Tiranga Rally Har Ghar Tiranga Celebrating patriotism, national consciousness and community participation by taking the message of the Tricolour from the UEM Jaipur campus to the grassroots. Rally Message “Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga – Rashtra Prem Ka Sankalp Hamaara.” 📅 Date 14 August 2026 👥 Participation 350 Students 🇮🇳 Flags Distributed 500+ About the Rally Taking Patriotism to the Community On 14 August 2026, the National Service Scheme (NSS), UEM Jaipur organized a vibrant Tiranga Rally at the university campus and Udaipuria Village, Block Chomu, Jaipur, as part of the nationwide “Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative. The programme was organized with the objective of promoting patriotism, strengthening national consciousness, creating awareness about the dignity and significance of the Indian National Flag, and encouraging active participation in the Independence Day celebrations. The rally served as a meaningful platform for students to express their respect and pride towards the nation while extending the message of patriotism from the university campus to the rural community. By involving students from both UEM Jaipur and the Government School at Udaipuria, the programme promoted community participation and strengthened the connection between youth and the rural population. The rally connected patriotism, youth participation and grassroots community engagement, taking the message of “Har Ghar Tiranga” beyond the university campus. UEM Jaipur Campus The Rally Begins 🇮🇳 “Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga” Rashtra Prem Ka Sankalp Hamaara. The programme commenced at the UEM Jaipur campus, where the Tiranga Rally was formally inaugurated and flagged off by the Registrar, Prof. Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma. The inauguration created an atmosphere of enthusiasm and national pride among the participating students. Carrying the Tricolour with pride, students actively participated in the rally and raised patriotic slogans, including: “Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga – Rashtra Prem Ka Sankalp Hamaara.” The rally within the university campus reflected the spirit of patriotism and encouraged students to recognize their role as responsible citizens. The presence of the National Flag throughout the rally created a strong visual representation of unity and national pride. The activity also provided an opportunity for students to reflect upon the historical and constitutional significance of the Tricolour and the values of unity, sacrifice, dignity, and national responsibility associated with it. Community Outreach From Campus to Udaipuria Village 🏫 UEM Jaipur Rally inaugurated and flagged off from the university campus. → Community Outreach 🏘️ Udaipuria Village Block Chomu, Jaipur Following the inauguration at UEM Jaipur, the rally proceeded towards Udaipuria Village, Block Chomu, Jaipur, an adopted village associated with the university's community outreach activities. Udaipuria Village Patriotism at the Grassroots Approximately 350 students participated in the overall programme, including students from UEM Jaipur and students of the Government School, Udaipuria. The participation of students from both institutions created a vibrant atmosphere and demonstrated the power of youth participation in promoting national consciousness. The rally formally commenced from the Government School, where the Principal and teachers joined the programme and extended their support. Their participation further strengthened the connection between the university and the local educational community. The participating students marched through the major areas of the village, including the vicinity of the Panchayat House and residential areas. Throughout the rally, students carried the Tricolour and raised patriotic slogans, spreading the message of national pride and encouraging local residents to participate actively in the Independence Day celebrations. Har Ghar Tiranga 500+ Flags, One Message A significant component of the programme was the distribution of approximately 500 Indian National Flags among the local community. The flags were distributed among residents of Udaipuria Village and were also provided to local shops and establishments. NSS volunteers interacted with members of the community and encouraged them to proudly display the Tricolour at their homes and workplaces as part of the “Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative. The distribution activity was not limited merely to providing flags; it also served as an opportunity to communicate the importance of respecting and maintaining the dignity of the National Flag. Theme “Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat” 📅 Date 2 August 2026 👥 Participation 240 Students 🇮🇳 Initiative Government of India About the Initiative Empowering Youth for a Drug-Free India As part of the initiatives undertaken by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, the National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of UEM Jaipur organized a special telecast programme on 2 August 2026 under the theme “Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat.” The programme was organized with the objective of sensitizing young students about the growing social and personal consequences of substance abuse and highlighting the significant role of youth in realizing the vision of a developed and progressive India. The programme provided students with an opportunity to participate collectively in a national-level awareness initiative and listen to the message delivered by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, through his “Mann Ki Baat” programme. The event emphasized responsible citizenship, healthy living, self-discipline, and active youth participation in addressing important social challenges. Programme Objectives Building Awareness & Responsibility 01 To create awareness among students regarding the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse. 02 To encourage young people to adopt a healthy, disciplined, and responsible lifestyle. 03 To promote the vision of a “Nasha Mukt Yuva.” or drug-free youth. 04 To sensitize students about the physical, psychological, social, and economic consequences associated with substance abuse. 05 To encourage students to act as responsible members of society and contribute towards spreading awareness about addiction. 06 To highlight the important contribution of youth in the development and progress of the nation. 07 To strengthen students’ sense of social responsibility and encourage them to participate in nation-building activities. 08 To connect students with national initiatives aimed at creating a healthier and more responsible younger generation. Programme Proceedings Listening, Reflecting & Acting 🇮🇳 “Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat” A national message encouraging young citizens to make responsible choices. The special telecast was organized at UEM Jaipur and witnessed enthusiastic participation from 240 students. Students assembled for the programme and participated collectively in the live telecast of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s “Mann Ki Baat.” The programme provided a meaningful platform for students to listen to and reflect upon the national message concerning the importance of maintaining a drug-free society. The programme was conducted in synchronization with the nationwide observance under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, and its Yoga 365 initiative. The programme was organized with the objective of promoting the importance of yoga, physical fitness, mental well-being, discipline, and healthy living among the university community. The event provided an opportunity for students, faculty members, and staff to come together and participate in a common wellness activity, reinforcing the message that physical and mental well-being are essential components of holistic development. The successful conduct of the programme was formally acknowledged through a Yoga Sangam Patra, recognizing the participation of 102 individuals.
