and the growing relevance of yoga in contemporary life.
Participants were sensitized to the importance of maintaining
physical fitness and mental resilience in addition to academic and
professional development.
The session emphasized that yoga represents a holistic approach to
well-being. Regular yoga practice can encourage physical
flexibility, concentration, relaxation, self-discipline, and
awareness of the body and mind.

demonstration and practice session.
Participants were guided through a series of
yoga asanas and breathing techniques, with emphasis on correct posture, controlled movements,
breathing, and concentration.
The practical session enabled participants to experience yoga
directly and understand how simple practices can be incorporated
into their daily routines. The demonstration was conducted in an
engaging manner, encouraging participants to follow the various
postures and breathing exercises with enthusiasm.
The session also highlighted the importance of regularity and
discipline in yoga practice. Participants were encouraged to

pursuing their academic goals. The practical nature of the
programme made the message of healthy living more accessible and
relevant to participants.
Holistic Development
Nurturing the Body,
Mind & Spirit
The programme highlighted the relevance of yoga in promoting
holistic development. In addition to physical

patience, discipline, relaxation, and greater awareness of one's
physical and mental state.
For students, such practices can be particularly valuable in
developing healthy routines and maintaining balance during their
academic journey. The programme therefore reinforced the idea that
education should extend beyond academic knowledge and include the
development of healthy habits, emotional resilience, social
responsibility, and personal discipline.

maintaining one's health is an important aspect of responsible
citizenship. A healthy and disciplined youth population can
contribute more effectively to families, institutions,
