About the Rally
Taking Patriotism to the Community
On 14 August 2026, the
National Service Scheme (NSS), UEM Jaipur
organized a vibrant Tiranga Rally at the university
campus and Udaipuria Village, Block Chomu, Jaipur,
as part of the nationwide
“Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative.
The programme was organized with the objective of promoting
patriotism, strengthening national consciousness, creating awareness
about the dignity and significance of the Indian National Flag, and
encouraging active participation in the Independence Day
celebrations.
The rally served as a meaningful platform for students to express
their respect and pride towards the nation while extending the
message of patriotism from the university campus to the rural
community.
By involving students from both UEM Jaipur and the
Government School at Udaipuria, the programme
promoted community participation and strengthened the connection
between youth and the rural population.
The rally connected
patriotism, youth participation and grassroots community
engagement, taking the message of “Har Ghar Tiranga” beyond the university
campus.

The Rally Begins

“Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga”
Rashtra Prem Ka Sankalp Hamaara.
The programme commenced at the
UEM Jaipur campus, where the Tiranga Rally was
formally inaugurated and flagged off by the
Registrar, Prof. Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma.
The inauguration created an atmosphere of enthusiasm and national
pride among the participating students.
Carrying the Tricolour with pride, students actively participated in
the rally and raised patriotic slogans, including:
“Har Ghar Tiranga, Ghar Ghar Tiranga – Rashtra Prem Ka Sankalp
Hamaara.”
The rally within the university campus reflected the spirit of
patriotism and encouraged students to recognize their role as
responsible citizens.
The presence of the National Flag throughout the rally created a
strong visual representation of unity and national pride.
The activity also provided an opportunity for students to reflect
upon the historical and constitutional significance of the Tricolour
and the values of unity, sacrifice, dignity, and national

Following the inauguration at UEM Jaipur, the rally proceeded towards
Udaipuria Village, Block Chomu, Jaipur, an adopted village associated with the university's community
outreach activities.

Grassroots
Approximately 350 students participated in the
overall programme, including students from UEM Jaipur and students
of the Government School, Udaipuria. The
participation of students from both institutions created a vibrant
atmosphere and demonstrated the power of youth participation in
promoting national consciousness.
The rally formally commenced from the Government School, where the
Principal and teachers joined the programme and extended their
support. Their participation further strengthened the connection
between the university and the local educational community.
The participating students marched through the major areas of the
village, including the vicinity of the
Panchayat House and residential areas. Throughout
the rally, students carried the Tricolour and raised patriotic
slogans, spreading the message of national pride and encouraging
local residents to participate actively in the Independence Day
celebrations.

A significant component of the programme was the distribution of
approximately 500 Indian National Flags
among the local community.
The flags were distributed among residents of
Udaipuria Village and were also provided to local
shops and establishments.
NSS volunteers interacted with members of the community and
encouraged them to proudly display the Tricolour at their homes
and workplaces as part of the
“Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative.
The distribution activity was not limited merely to providing
flags; it also served as an opportunity to communicate the
importance of respecting and maintaining the dignity of the
National Flag. The volunteers encouraged community members to
participate in the Independence Day celebrations with a sense of
pride, responsibility, and respect for the nation.
