Chief Guest of the event were:- - Shri Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Member of Parliament, and Ministry of External Affairs (Minister of State for Education) - Shri Ramdas Athawale:- (Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment of India) - Shri Faggan Singh Kulaste:- (Union Minister for Steel & Rural Development Govt of India) - Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal "Nishank- ( Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha) - Mr. Diljit Singh Rana :- British politician and member of the House of Lords. Dr. Imran khan, Assistant Professor, Physiotherapy, UEM Jaipur and Prof. Ashutosh Gautam, Manager Admissions, UEM Jaipur received the award on behalf of the University. IPR Awareness Program in UEM Jaipur under National IP awareness Mission (NiPAM) - 06.04.2023 - 11.30 AM* ---------------------------------------------- University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR has organized IPR Awareness Program under National IP awareness Mission (NiPAM) on 6th April, 2023 at 11.30 AM in UEM Jaipur Campus*. Prof. Dr. Aniruddha Mukherjee, Dean, UEM Jaipur and other professors along with more than 100 students from various courses attended this very informative and interactive session by Ms. Pooja Kumar , NIPAM-IP Professional (Registered Patent Agent, Entrepreneur and Startup Facilitator) and Founder & Director of InnovIntellect, India. All participants will be provided certificates from NIPAM. ---------------------------------------------- Prof. Dr. G. Uma, Professor CSE, Prof. Dr. Snehalata Dhaka, Associate Professor English, Mr. Sougata Banerjee, Research Associate and Prof. Dr. Mukesh Yadav, Professor English with Student members of Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) of UEM Jaipur organised this event under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Anurag Hamilton, Professor ME, UEM Jaipur.  

We are proud to state that 10 students of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR were awarded under the initiative by the Chief Minister to organise Mega Job Fairs for youth employability. Department of Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Govt.of Rajasthan felicitated these students at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur, premises. Smt Navrekha and Mr. Vivek Bhardwaj, Asst. Director, Department of Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Govt.of Rajasthan handed over the certificate of appreciation and mementos to the students at University campus.  

UMANG - UEM & Rotary's Mahila Ajivika Nirman Grah has been established at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR, where in association with Rotary Club and Singer, several rural women are being imparted sewing training free of cost. The initiative will also help these women to setup their own establishment at the end of this training. The expenses of machines, regular clothes and other stitching requirements are being borne by the University. Mr. Biswajit Ghosh, COO, Rotary India Literacy Mission and Mr. Ramesh Agarwal, Former District Governor of Rotary Club visited the UMANG Sewing Centre at the University along with Mr. Sandeep Agrawal, Deputy Director, Projects, UEM JAIPUR.

Glimpses of Expert Talk series, organized by Delta Marketing Club, School of Management UEM JAIPUR, 11th April, 2023. Topic: Bhagvat Gita :The key source of Modern Management Speaker: Shri Mahesh Punjabi, IIT Delhi Alumnus, Speaker at ISKCON Jaipur, Senior Principal Technology Architect in a Infosys leading Multinational Corporation. In the session he focused on how Bhagavad Gita US associated with the enhancement of an individual’s efficiency and effectiveness towards a desired goals. He also said that It disseminates the fear and changes the weakness into strength of an individual, shares the responsibilities, consulting the mentors, the need for a charismatic leader who inspires, motivates and tells the ground level reality to the team. About the speaker: Mr Mahesh Punjabi graduated from IIT Delhi in the year 1999 in Mechanical Engineering. He came in touch with teachings of Srila Prabhupada during his college days and ever since this association has enriched him immensely in his professional and personal life. He is currently working as Senior Principal Consultant at an Infosys leading Multinational Corporation. He is an avid speaker on both technology and spiritual topics and often speaks at forums of ISKCON Jaipur, focussed on enriching quality of life through spiritual rejuvenation. Students' mini-project is a part of UEM JAIPUR curriculum every semester. This Intelligent Agriculture System with Machine Learning is an experiment designed to enhance crop production through the use of advanced technology. The system utilizes a range of sensors to collect data on various environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, soil moisture, soil temperature, and rainfall. This data is then sent to an online dashboard for real-time monitoring and analysis. The project leverages the power of machine learning to predict the crop type based on the data that has been collected through the sensors. By analysing the data, the system can accurately determine which crops are best suited for the particular environment and provide farmers with valuable insights on how to optimize their crop yields. This project is done by Kumar Harsh, Iswar Saren, Sujeet Kumar of BCA 3rd year, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Renu Jangra.
