Student Lecture Series
On 3rd October, 2016 students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM) Kolkata - SPIE & OSA Student Chapter members participated in Student Lecture Series.
11 groups participated with 3 students per group and they gave #presentations on various classical as well as contemporary area like Wave Optics, Optical Fibre Technology, PV technology, LIGO, Li-fi technology, Quantum Computing, Graphene & Carbon Nanotubes, Non-destructive measurement techniques in #engineering, Photodetectors etc.
The chief guest was Shyamal K. Bhadra of IICB, Jadavpur University.

Rajasthan Physiotherapy Association program World Physiotherapy Day
On 8th September, 2016, on the occasion of World Physiotherapy Day, RPA (Rajasthan Physiotherapy Association) organized an awareness program & walkathon across Jaipur in which BPT students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur participated.
The students met the dignitaries in the profession who came from all over Rajasthan & National level. It was a great platform for our students to experience the professional awareness program.
