Honourable Governor of West Bengal, Shri Keshari Nath Tripathi and Honourable Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Partha Chatterjee were also present in the event along with Prof. Dr. Ajoy Kumar Ray, Director, IIEST, Shibpur and Prof. Dr. Partha Pratim Chakraborty, Director, IIT Kharagpur.
The event was visited by Prof. Dr. D. K. Banwet, Vice-Chancellor, UEM Kolkata and Prof. Dr. Satyajit Chakrabarti, Director, IEM along with 13 students of IEM and UEM.
