Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Engineering & Management, (UEM), JAIPUR, has organised a “6 days PreIndustrial Electrical Training” from 10/09/2023 to 15/09/2023 for B.Tech 2nd year and 3rd year students of EE and ECE department of IEM, KOLKATA, where, students learned about the hands-on Training
on:-
Automation (4.0), Renewable Energy Generation (PV plant) and DC protection, AC protection system, Induction motor starter panel DOL and Star Delta, 11kV/433 volt stepdown transformer, PLC programming for substation, motor feeder panel, HMI/SCADA programing.
They also learned about Single-phase House wiring, single-phase Energy meter connection, 2-way switch for Staircase lighting, Tube light connection, Ceiling Fan connection, MCB connection, switchboard connection, etc.
This program was inaugurated by
Professor Dr. Aniruddha Mukherjee, Dean of UEM Jaipur, Professor Dr.
Pradeep Kumar Sharma, Registrar of UEM Jaipur and Professor Dr.
Ankit Kumar Sharma, HOD of Electrical Engineering Department of
UEM Jaipur.
In this training programme total 26 number of students participated.
