As one of the Induction Programs, Department of Eletrical Engineering of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR, has organised an Pre-Industrial Training Laboratory visit for 1st year students, where students learnt the following things hands-on:-
– Basic Electrical systems and Automation (4.0)
– Renewable energy generation (PV plant)
– DC protection, AC protection system
– Induction motor starter panel
– Single-phase House wiring, – Single-phase Energy meter coordination
– Staircase lighting
– Tube light connection
– Ceiling Fan connection
– MCB connection
– Switchboard connection, etc.
Training has been conducted for Batch-A1, C1 and B2 and for other batches will be conducted in pre-decided slots.
Venue:
1. Pre-Industrial Training Laboratory opposite to library
2. 11 kV/ 433 Volt substation lab
3. Solar Power Lab UEM Jaipur.
