The Department of Business Administration at UEM, Jaipur believes in following the three stages of dissemination of education- Creation of vibrant classroom environment, ensuring proper access to knowledge, and enabling proper implementation of this imparted knowledge. We have created an innovative and unique pedagogy by incorporating several hands-on processes like- case-study sessions, round-the-year internship opportunities, regular industry interactions and exchange programs with leading Universities across the world. Our faculty members boast stellar academic as well as industry background. They are trained and motivated towards creating a teaching approach that goes beyond the mere usage of the textbook. Their teaching techniques are aligned with the most updated methodologies of teaching modern management. The faculty members are the true leaders who shape in creating the future leaders by making them understand the basic principles as well as advanced and complicated concepts of academia as well as industry. The management department has been looking expand the horizon of thinking of the students right from its inception by encouraging them to participate in various national and international competitions as well as interactive events. The mentor-mentee program recommended by the UGC works with its full capacity in this department where teachers are assigned as mentors to each student looking to reach any assigned objective. By the end of the curriculum our students become well-equipped to become a leader and create new opportunities. But we also provide amazing campus placement opportunities to all the interested students. IEM-UEM group is ranked as one of the top 50 B- Schools in India in the AIMA journal, New Delhi in Category A. School of Management UEM Jaipur. Students of MBA 1st year Pratima Mishra & Sanjana Singh developed E- shoes for self defense. In this they have put an electric pulse generator to produce upto 2Kv of electric plus. Moreover it consists of 3.7volt lithium ion rechargeable battery along with built -in charging unit. Two LED indicator for ON/OFF indication and charging status. Charging port available on side of shoe to charge it up. It is very useful for Female travelling alone.

On October 18, 2023, the MBA – Hospital and Healthcare Management (HHM) students embarked on a valuable industrial visit to Eternal Hospital in Jaipur. Dr. J N Singh, Associate Professor, Mr. Anuj Sethi, Corporate Relationship Manager, Mr. Aplav Saxena, Guest Faculty, and Abhishek Choudhary, Manager at Eternal Hospital, accompanied the students during this insightful visit. The interaction provided students with a profound understanding of the intricacies of the hospital industry, offering a real-world perspective on the operational aspects and management strategies employed in healthcare establishments. The cooperative engagement from the management of Eternal Hospital is commendable, as it facilitated a meaningful learning experience for the students. This industrial visit served as a bridge between classroom learning and practical application, enhancing the students’ knowledge and readiness for future roles in the dynamic field of Hospital and Healthcare Management. We extend our gratitude to all participants and the management of Eternal Hospital for their collaborative efforts in making this industrial visit a success.
