And CS Department has taken a little initiative to inspire our students by having an interactive session with Mr. Arnab Rakshit.

Panel Discussion Event in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at UEMK on the topic “The impact of Covid-19 pandemic on job opportunities in India.”The young group of panelists will share their insights and experience on the different openings in both industry and academia so that current B.Tech students of CS may plan accordingly for placements or higher studies.

" Teachers Chef Olympiad " 2021 UEM Kolkata Hotel Management School – IIIHM successfully conducted their mega event "Teachers Chef Olympiad". Participation by teachers from reputed schools and the efforts of BHM students & faculty members made the event a grand success.

Cyclothon 2021 was successfully organized by IEM -UEM group on 13th March 2021.

Title: Alumni Talk “A common mistake people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.” - D. Adams. So, CS department, UEMK has thought of giving a wide knowledge about how to prepare themselves for the interview from their own Alumni Mr. Sourav Nandy who is the passout of 2015 batch.

Title : “VIRTUAL INDUSTRIAL TOUR” organized by CS dept of UEM, KOLKATA "As cybersecurity leaders, we have to create our message of influence because security is a culture and you need the business to take place and be part of that security culture." -Britney Hommertzheim So, CS department, UEMK has organized a virtual industrial tour on 15th March 2021 for students to gain some knowledge on IT Security Plan  

UEMK TOASTMASTERS INTERNATIONAL CLUB, is organising a panel discussion on "How to crack interviews?" under the able guidance of luminaries from ITC, COGNIZANT, IBM and TCS on 14th March, 10am onwards.
