Workshop on Culinary Dum ka Dum
a master class organised by US Poultry and Egg Export Council along with United Soyabean Board & IIIHM ( the hotel management school of UEMK) on 10th May 2021 was a very enriching session with the renowned Chef Ajay Chopra.
The 2.5 hrs of the session discussed about the popular dum style cooking, its origin and how Turkey and duck can be incorporated in the Indian Style of cooking.

Students from BHM department of UEM were encouraged to participate and they learn new things enlightened their knowledge from this workshop.
