Two back to back talks were held today, 2nd May, 2020 for the students and teachers of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur……

 

The first one was on “Career, Studies and Life during and Post Covid-19” by Dr. Gordhan Lal Sharma, RAS, Deputy Director, Civil Defence Department, Jaipur, and the second one was on “Interpersonal Skills: A Must for Effectiveness in both Personal and Professional Life” by Shri Akash Deep Arora, RAS, Deputy Director, Indira Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sansthan, Jaipur.

The University of Engineering and Management is on a roll of organizing series of lectures and motivational talks through webinars and online conferences. In the present situation where the faculty members and students are in a lockdown and some way or the other the self assessment for all is needed, to boost up the confidence among them. These online sessions act as a tool of motivational upliftment. These online talks are informative and play a vital role in gaining information with correction of statistics. These talks are framed with the basic three elements that are to inform, to persuade and to entertain.
