79th International Web Conference & HR Congress

The 79th International Web Conference & HR Congress was very successfully organized jointly by University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur and Smart Society, USA on the theme “IMPACT OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES ON EMPLOYMENT” on 25th April, 2020 via video conferencing software.

The main topic of discussion was “Impact of Emerging Technologies on Employment”. Progressing towards the future, technology is changing its shape. The molding of technology in the near future will fabricate new opportunities as well as it can affect jobs where there is lack of adaptability. The process of learning and unlearning will play a significant role in this phenomenon. Change is inevitable and those who can adapt this change will flourish without hassles .The implementation of Artificial Intelligence in a work place will become a standard outline. This will generate a situation of newness and progression .

We are happy to intimate you the conference was glorified by the eminent H.R. professionals who have shared their valuable opinions in this event.

The event was addressed by distinguished personalities of the country following by multiple sessions of panel discussions which was enhanced by pronounced stalwarts from the industry and from the academics.
