About the Resource Person-
– Highly qualified, inspirational and multifaceted Art of Living teacher who has the ability to make a real difference in the lives of people.
-Worked as a software developer in Meta cube pvt. Ltd..
– Art of living state teacher coordinator of Haryana and Rajasthan.
– Conducted more than 500 plus workshops for personality development and stress elimination in various colleges like NIT
Kurukshetra, PSIET Kanpur, VIET, BITS Pilani, Eklavya dental college etc.
-Conducted ” Stress free Teaching” and “Youth Empowerment seminar” for teachers of various teacher’s of the college’s.

– 5 practical knowledge key points sessions were taken related to life.
-Various pranayam techniques to increase the concentration level were taught.
– Increased Self Confidence level of Students
– Positive Change in Behaviour of students.
The feedback given by the students was excellent and they learned many things for self improvement.
