Our students from the Department of MBA, Hospital and Healthcare Management, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR went for practical learning at the Shalby Hospitals, where they learned different dimensions of Hospital Organization Structure and other aspects related to a Hospital Human Resource, and also Marketing of Hospital Services. At UEM JAIPUR, we have started this MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management, in association with Shalby Hospitals, with the vision of generating manpower who will be able to manage the Hospital infrastructure in a way, such that they can be better used to service the requirements, without falling short of resources when required, like, what happened in the times of pandemic. We will provide equal amounts of theoretical (through UEM teachers) and practical (through Shalby Hospital's doctors and administration) training to produce industry ready manpower. Students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR attended the technical session on Role of Indoor environment quality and energy efficiency in decarbonizing buildings by ASHRAE Rajasthan Chapter on 23rd December, 2023 at The Fern An Ecotel hotel in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The speakers Dr. Chandra Sekhar, Mr. S. N lyenger and Dr. R. S. lyenger enlightened the audience with their immense experience and knowledge on what is decarbonization, what are the processes involved in it, various sensors and loT devices that will form the BMS (Building Management System). The audience were thankful for such a great technical session summarised within a short duration of time. MEGHNA SOTI About the Resource Person- - Highly qualified, inspirational and multifaceted Art of Living teacher who has the ability to make a real difference in the lives of people. -Worked as a software developer in Meta cube pvt. Ltd.. - Art of living state teacher coordinator of Haryana and Rajasthan. - Conducted more than 500 plus workshops for personality development and stress elimination in various colleges like NIT Kurukshetra, PSIET Kanpur, VIET, BITS Pilani, Eklavya dental college etc. -Conducted " Stress free Teaching" and "Youth Empowerment seminar" for teachers of various teacher's of the college's. Benefits of the workshop were- - Meditation and Yoga - Sudarshan Kriya - 5 practical knowledge key points sessions were taken related to life. -Various pranayam techniques to increase the concentration level were taught. - Increased Self Confidence level of Students - Positive Change in Behaviour of students.
