UEM, Kolkata, students received award from Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi
Cyber Peace Foundation in association with Ministry of IT had organised a Global Conference on Cyberspace(GCCS 2017). There was an event, named, Peace-a-Thon (basically Hackathon). Around 900 teams participated. Only 5 teams were being declared as winners. One team (Blue Monk) from University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata is one of the 5 winners. Sayak Dhar (CSE), Saswata Das(CSE) and Debanjit Sarkar(CSE), students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata, students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata receiving award from Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, today in New Delhi.

Global Conference on Cyberspace (GCCS 2017)
Cyber Peace Foundation in association with Ministry of IT had organised a Global Conference on Cyberspace(GCCS 2017). There was an event, named, Peace-a-Thon (basically Hackathon). Around 900 teams participated. Only 5 teams were being declared as winners. One team (Blue Monk) from University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata is one of the 5 winners.
Sayak Dhar (CSE), Saswata Das(CSE) and Debanjit Sarkar(CSE), students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata will receive the award from our Honourable Prime Minister .
GCCS opening ceremony will be addressed by our Honble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi on 23rd November 2017 at 10 AM.

Interactive Workshop on Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme at UEM Jaipur
The Institution Innovation Council (IIC, UEM Jaipur) and the Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship Development Center (IIEDC, UEM Jaipur), in collaboration with MSME, Government of India, proudly organized an engaging Workshop on Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme.
The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across BBA, MBA, and B.Tech programs, who gained valuable insights into the entrepreneurial journey. Many students were inspired to consider launching their own start-ups, and some took the opportunity to consult with resource persons regarding loan facilities available through banking institutions.
This initiative reflects UEM Jaipur’s commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among its students, aligning with the university's vision of nurturing future leaders and changemakers.
