SPEECH COMPETITION AND POETRY RECITATION AT UEM JAIPUR Department of English, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR in association with NSS Unit, Dhanika (Women Cell) and The Speech Society of the University organised Speech Competition and Poetry Recitation on the theme ‘Women as Foundation of Value Based Society’.

Marking the weeklong series of events on the eve of International Women’s Day, Ms Mili Das, a renowned poet of West Bengal was the ‘Guest of Honour’ in University of Engineering and Management, Jaipur today. Her mesmerising poems thrilled the audience. Her poems were saga of love and death driven with vivid imageries and radiant memories. Many of her poems were devoted to beautiful intricacies of nature.

A team formed at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR has been given the responsibility to review the National Lighting Code SP 72 by the Bureau of Indian Standards, Govt. of India.

“The Jaipur Grand Job Fair” was organized at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR campus, by the association of the Government of Rajasthan, Department of Skills, Employment & Entrepreneurship and UEM JAIPUR on 2nd March, 2023.
