Today, some wonderful moments were spent together by Prof. Dr. Satyajit Chakrabarti, Director, Institute of Engineering & Management (IEM), Prof. Dr. Biswajoy Chatterjee, Vice-Chancellor, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur and Subham Kumar Banik, 2018 passout batch student of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur. Subham was bid farewell. Subham has been selected for higher studies with very high scholarships in management studies abroad at *Kedge University, Bordeaux, France* in International Business. Kedge University is rated one out of the top 25 business schools of the world in the domain of International Business.

Mr. Sujit Kumar Sarkar, former Director General of Police (West Bengal) and former Chief Information Commissioner (West Bengal) visited University of Engineering & Management, Kolkata campus yesterday and took a seminar on RTI & Human Rights for B.Tech first year students. Students of School of Management of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur went for Industrial Visit to Jaipur Dairy and learned the practical aspects of Production, Marketing , Product Planning and Customer satisfaction. Jaipur Dairy:Towards fulfillment of the national objective of making India self sufficient in milk production, a small step was taken in March 1975 and Jaipur Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd., Jaipur (popularly known as Jaipur Dairy) was registered under Cooperative Act 1965 to work in then Jaipur District. Over the years, there has not been looking back for Jaipur Dairy and the significant growth has been made in all fields i.e. procurement, processing and production of various milk and milk products and marketing thereof under the brand name of SARAS. The plant is managed and operated by well-qualified, competent and experienced managerial cadre and highly motivated work force to provide highest quality of products and best of the services to customers. The University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur in association with "Your Quote" organization is organising Open Mic under UEM Jaipur chapter, on 16th September, 2018, starting from 1 pm. It is "Write like an Author, Perform like an Artist" - a platform where number of poets and writers from different languages will meet and read out their literature helping to promote the love for language and wizards of the words.
