We are proud to announce that Taniya Kanwar, a B.Tech 1st-year CSE student at University of Engineering and Management (UEM), Jaipur, has been awarded a Scholarship Grant of ₹4 lakhs (₹1 lakh per year) under the Deutsche Bank Engineering Scholarship for Girls Education program. She is among 42 students selected from various colleges in Jaipur City and one of 205 female candidates across India from the 2024 admission batch to receive this prestigious scholarship.
The felicitation ceremony was held at the Deutsche Bank Jaipur office, where Dilip Khandelwal (CEO – Deutsche India), Simriti Sharma (Managing Director, Deutsche Bank), and Manish Bansal (CSR Head, Deutsche Bank) presented the scholarship recipients with an official Letter of Scholarship Grant and an HP laptop. The event was attended by the students’ guardians and representatives from their respective institutions, celebrating this significant achievement.
UEM Jaipur extends its sincere gratitude to Smile Foundation for facilitating this valuable association with Deutsche Bank. Notably, Taniya Kanwar is the eighth female student from UEM Jaipur to receive this scholarship in the past three years, reflecting our commitment to empowering women in engineering.
