
University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur successfully organized the Board of Studies (BoS) Meeting for the School of Management (MBA & BBA) on 9th July 2026, reinforcing its commitment to academic excellence, continuous curriculum enhancement, and industry-oriented management education.
The University was privileged to host an esteemed panel of external experts:
Prof. Rajesh Solanki – Chief Juror, Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Jaipur Chapter
Prof. Anil Mehta – Professor, Banasthali Vidyapeeth & Retired Head, Department of Business Administration, University of Rajasthan
Prof. Manoj Meshram – Chairman, QCFI, Jaipur Chapter, Rajasthan Region
The Board conducted a comprehensive review of the existing curriculum, focusing on enhancing academic relevance, industry alignment, and student learning outcomes in accordance with evolving business practices and global educational standards.
Key discussions during the meeting included:
Updating course content to reflect current industry trends and business requirements
Strengthening skill-based and experiential learning components
Enhancing assessment strategies under Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
Introducing emerging interdisciplinary concepts in management education
Improving communication, leadership, and employability skills among students
Encouraging greater student participation in quality assurance and academic excellence initiatives
The expert members highly appreciated UEM Jaipur’s phygital learning model, which effectively integrates physical classroom teaching with digital learning platforms to deliver a flexible, engaging, and future-ready educational experience.
Special emphasis was placed on strengthening Quality Management as a core academic area, while recommending refinements to courses on legal and ethical issues, negotiation skills, and employability-focused competencies to further align the curriculum with contemporary industry expectations.
