UEM Jaipur Embraces Experiential Learning with ABBSCISSA
In a departure from traditional pen-and-paper exams, UEM Jaipur has successfully implemented a novel assessment approach for its MBA students. By incorporating experiential learning activities, the university aims to provide a more engaging and industry-relevant educational experience.
ABBSCISSA, a renowned company, partnered with UEM Jaipur to design and execute these innovative assessments. MBA students were tasked with real-world managerial challenges that required teamwork, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. The focus was on evaluating their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations, mirroring the demands of the corporate world.
The success of this initiative has demonstrated the effectiveness of experiential learning in enhancing student engagement and understanding. By prioritizing practical skills over rote memorization, UEM Jaipur is equipping its graduates with the competencies needed to excel in today’s competitive job market.
Other educational institutions seeking to adopt similar innovative assessment methods may consider partnering with ABBSCISSA.
