Students of BBALLB of IIIJS, Department of Law, UEMK, witnessed the moment of last day Live Session of West Bengal Legislative Assembly on 6th September 2019 and got an excellent moment of intensed debate between ruling party and opposition parties on various current issues including the most debated topic of introduction of NRC.
They also witnessed a political conflict between the parties which has become a breaking news for all leading news channel as well as for tomorrow’s newspapers.
Furthermore, from this situation they got to see how Speaker of the Legislature controls the house with his efficiency.
They have also been briefed on the importance of the Legislature as well as it’s working. They also been informed that it is the only State Legislature that has given birth to their UEM by passing the UEM Act..
