PROF. (DR.) PRADEEP KUMAR SHARMA, Registrar, UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT (UEM), JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, INDIA has been conferred with INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC LEADER OF THE YEAR AWARD 2022.

This award was given in the Global Edu-Conclave 2022 held on 25 December 2022 in virtual mode which was organised by International Institute of Organized Research – I2OR and Green ThinkerZ in association with Centre for Smart Modern Construction, Western Sydney University, Australia – Prof. G.D. Agrawal Centre for Scientific Development & Environment Advocacy, The Intelligent Indian, Sustainable Cosmos, Wakelet, IJRECE, TRJ, SusCos Academy and Elsevier’s Mendeley.

Her research, titled “Analysis of the Parameters Influencing Different Properties of the Conducting Fluids”, was completed under Manipal University Jaipur, showcasing her academic depth, dedication, and contribution to the field of applied mathematics. This achievement is a reflection of her perseverance, scholarly passion, and commitment to academic excellence. University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur proudly shares that Prof. Sougata Banerjee, Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, had the honour of representing the university at the prestigious MIDAS Symposium 2025, held on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, at the EROS Hotel, New Delhi. Themed “Spanning Innovations in Design of Bridges,” the symposium brought together leading minds from around the globe to delve into transformative topics in structural and bridge engineering, including engineering marvels and the integration of AI in structural analysis. The event featured insightful sessions from some of the most respected experts in the field, including: Mr. Alok Bhowmick, Managing Director, B&S Engineering Consultants Dr. Yogendra Singh, Professor & Former Head, Earthquake Engineering, IIT Roorkee Dr. Essam Abdou, Principal & Head of Bridges Engineering, DAR AL Handash, Egypt Mr. V.
