B.Tech and M.tech students of CIVIL Engineering Department, University of Engineering and Management, Jaipur went for a site visit at SMS HOSPITAL Roof Top Truss Construction.
We noted the following points:
1. It is a steel structure with Queen Truss design.
2. Roofs of two blocks (block A and block B) has been designed for the isolation ward.
3. Learning and understanding of the project plan.
4. The whole project has been planned using STAAD PRO and auto CAD software.
5. Poly foam is being used as the roof top cover with asbestos shed.
