UEM Jaipur Toastmasters Club of students in presence of the Area Director TM (Toastmaster) Jitendra Vyas along with club mentors TM Lokendra and TM Kamlesh, consisting of quiz, public speaking - prepared and impromptu, and their general evaluation. The program was held in an extremely interesting way having a Sergeant at Arms (SAA), a Presiding Officer, and a General Evaluator. Students of UEM JAIPUR Sarvesh, Sainik and Jitendra, being members of the Toastmasters Club, and hence TM Sarvesh, TM Sagnik andTM Jitendra acted as SAA, Presiding Officer and General Evaluator respectively. The event consisted of quiz on famous slogans by Indian freedom fighters, prepared speeches delivered by TM Khushi (student), followed by TM Suman (student), being evaluated by TM Kamlesh and TM Lokendra. There were Table Topic Masters TM Abhishek and TM Shibagni (both students), who led the impromptu speaking segment. Additional auxiliary roles were filled by TM Sarvesh as the Timer, TM Mohammad Mustkeem as the Ah-Counter (how many times you pause between speeches and fill it in with words like 'Ah', and TM Aastha as the Grammarian. This provided members with opportunities to practice public speaking, impromptu speaking, and speech evaluation. Cybersecurity Bootcamp organised by the HackSec Club, operating under the Department of Computer Applications of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur. Mr. Rudra Pratap Singh from Techonquer Private Limited (a cybersecurity services provider also providing ed-tech services) was the keynote speaker. The session addressed cybersecurity fundamentals, bug bounty, OSINT, and malware development, and also rose awareness about data breaches and cybercrime. This gathering aimed to discuss and collaborate on important topics such as transforming Jaipur into a smarter and more sustainable city. The festival also highlighted the significance of women empowerment and emphasized the need to elevate it to the highest level. "We are happy to Share that UEM Jaipur's health camp today (25-08-2024) in Mehroli was a resounding success! Our dedicated team of medical professionals, led by the Department of Physiotherapy (Dr Neha Vyas and the students team), Dr. Ajay Singh (Pediatrician) and Dr. Kirti Singh (Gynecologist) and has provided free medical check-ups and consultations to over 300 patients at the Community Health Center (CHC) in Mahroli. This camp was a collaborative effort between the admission team members Prof Ashutosh Gautam, Mr Shayam Pratap Singh and Abhishek Sharma of UEM jaipur and the Department of Physiotherapy, aimed at providing quality healthcare services to the community.
