Congratulations..Kuntal........ one more feather in the cap of IEM-UEM group.

  The idea they pitched was of a Citizen Journalism, Better Governance and Better Safety app. The App is called "The God's EYE". The features of the app are: I) You can report a problem in your locality by using the "add issue" feature and people in your locality will get notified that you've added the issue. Then they can then acknowledge that by upvoting it thus, proving the legitimacy of the issue and increasing the priority of the problem and getting rid of hoaxes. II) The government can then see the list of problems in your area and the priority of each problem, which the government will then try to solve. If you're satisfied with the solution then you can close the issue. III) This app comes with an SOS functionality. You push a button and your details will be send to a central organisation which will send you immediate help according to your need. Sort of like 911 for India. Infrastructure for which is underway. Congratulations to IEM-UEM students...... One more feather in our cap......

There is a flurry of stars in their respective fields visiting the campuses and training the students of IEM-UEM group.

Out of 33 students recruited by Tech Mahindra from West Bengal, 23 students have been recruited from IEM. Congratulations again to all our brilliant students......  

The students were:- Ms Nidhi Pathak - currently working in Infosys, Pune Mr. Zeeshan Barkati - currently working in CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) Mr. Mokshda Mishra - currently working in Tata Motors They addressed the current students and motivated them  

The session constituted of very inspiring lectures by Prof. Dr. Satyajit Chakrabarti, Vice-Chancellor, UEM Jaipur and other senior professors of the University.
