The department of Civil Engineering at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur is a hub where leading civil engineering research meets the infrastructural requirements of the society. Afnan Alam for being the All India Toppers in NPTEL examination initiative, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. UEM Jaipur is the topmost rated University of Jaipur for three consecutive seasons by this NPTEL exam conducted by Ministry in association with the IITs and IISc.

Vice-Chancellor of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur, Prof. Dr. Biswajoy Chatterjee in a session with 4 students of the University - Neha Thakur, Sloke Jain, Sritama Sengupta and Sampad Mondal. These 4 students of UEM Jaipur got 15 job offers. - Neha got 5 job offers in Cognizant, Metacube, Agile Infosys, Trinity Global Tech and Extramarks. - Sloke got 5 job offers in TCS, Wipro, Hexaware, Appcino and TNS - Sritama got 4 job offers in TCS, Wipro, KMG and Francescan - Sampad got 1 job offer in Wipro All eligible students of 2019 passing out batch have been placed mostly in multiple companies with 6 months of placement season remaining.

MDP (Management Development Program) was organised by the School of Management, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur on 14th April 2019 at Hotel Le Grande, Jaipur which was attended by more then 150 Industrialists / Top Management / HR & Admin Heads from various companies of Jaipur. The main objective of the program was to enhance competencies amongst managers and executives working at different levels.
