The Codesta Coding Club of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and AMC Student Chapter UEMJ, organized a session on “How to Plan for Start-up and Legal & Ethical Steps” on 19th July 2023 at 12.00 pm in the Basement Seminar Hall. The session was conducted Professor Jyoti Khandelwal, UEM JAIPUR, highlighting the key parameters of a startup and emphasizing the importance of careful planning and strategic approaches for success and sustainability. The discussion covered various legal and ethical aspects, including selecting the right business structure, acquiring necessary licenses and permits, and implementing ethical practices. The event, witnessed active participation from enthusiastic attendees and was made possible by the dedicated efforts of the participants and event coordinators.
