Student Lecture Series

On 3rd October, 2016 students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM) Kolkata – SPIE & OSA Student Chapter members participated in Student Lecture Series.

11 groups participated with 3 students per group and they gave #presentations on various classical as well as contemporary area like Wave Optics, Optical Fibre Technology, PV technology, LIGO, Li-fi technology, Quantum Computing, Graphene & Carbon Nanotubes, Non-destructive measurement techniques in #engineering, Photodetectors etc.
The chief guest was Shyamal K. Bhadra of IICB, Jadavpur University.
