Our students from the Department of MBA, Hospital and Healthcare Management, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR went for practical learning at the Shalby Hospitals, where they learned different dimensions of Hospital Organization Structure and other aspects related to a Hospital Human Resource, and also Marketing of Hospital Services.
At UEM JAIPUR, we have started this MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management, in association with Shalby Hospitals, with the vision of generating manpower who will be able to manage the Hospital infrastructure in a way, such that they can be better used to service the requirements, without falling short of resources when required, like, what happened in the times of pandemic. We will provide equal amounts of theoretical (through UEM teachers) and practical (through Shalby Hospital’s doctors and administration) training to produce industry ready manpower.
