On 1st March, 2023, University of Engineering & Management (UEM), JAIPUR celebrated International women’s day along with the volunteers gathered on the campus for NSS National integration camp 2023.
Multiple eminent personalities were present in the morning season like Ms Pankhuri Sinha, Ms Mili Das, Dr. Shalini Yadav, Dr. Firoz Khan and Dr. Rajul Bhargava. The poets and educationists hailing from different parts of India made a scathing atatck on the society for its falling ethical benchmarks, venting their ire over rising crime against women, her status in the rising threats of Artificial intelligence and war etc.
In the 2nd half, the guest speaker was Dr. Kamal Sikwal, Director, Viswa Bharti Group of Institution, Sikar. He enlightened the audience about vision@2047 i.e. how India should come up after a century of her independence and what should be the role of present youth to make India a viswa guru in true sense. Later Dr. B. S. Yadav, Program Officer, NSS and Director of Physical education, UEM JAIPUR, addressed the audience on Y-20 Health, Wellbeing and sports: Agenda for Youth.
In the evening, there were cultural events from various parts of the country.
