Dr. Imran Khan from the Department of Physiotherapy successfully completed a three-day workshop on sports psychology with the theme “Think Psychology of Peak Performance in Sports.” The workshop, conducted from July 26th to 28th, 2024, was organized by the Physical Education Foundation of India (PEFI) in association with the Institute of Sports and Fitness Development (ISFD).
This workshop is highly beneficial for students, as it provides valuable insights into the mental strategies and techniques essential for achieving peak performance in sports. The knowledge gained can help students improve their focus, confidence, and overall mental well-being, contributing to better performance in their athletic and academic pursuits.
