The University of Engineering & Management (UEM) has been awarded the "Most Trusted University of the Year - 2017" in International Education Awards, 2017. The award was handed over by Shri Chetan Chauhan, Former Indian Cricketer and Hon'ble Minister, Ministry of Youth & Sports, Govt. of India. Congratulations to all teachers and students of UEM family. *Press release in Kalwar Times* - a leading newspaper of Chomu regarding Inter-school sports festival held at the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur. *More than 40 schools and 1000 school students of Rajasthan* participated in the sports. The event was attended by:- 1) Shri Lavmeet Kataria, current International Player, Member - Indian Volleyball Team, Former Captain - Indian U-19 World cup Volleyball teamMaharana Pratap Awardee. 2) Shri Ram Lal Sharma, MLA, Chomu. 3) Shri Jagdish Yadav, Sarpanch, Loharwada. 4) Shri Omprakash Chowdhury, Head of Kabaddi team selectors, Rajasthan University. 5) Shri Subhas Yadav(Sarpanch, Udaipuria). 6) Shri Arjun Yadav (Panchayt Samiti, Govindgarh.

On 29th January 2018 at University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur Campus, students demonstrated various science model in front of the school students who came from different parts of Jaipur. Around 5 schools participated and around 250 students visited the campus to see the exhibition along with the teachers. As of now, - 2 students of UEM have got 4 job offers, - 5 students of UEM have got 3 job offers, - 22 students of UEM got 2 job offers, and - 179 students of UEM got 1 job offer which means all eligible students of UEM have been placed. The *highest salary offer at UEM has been Rs 9 lakhs per annum starting salary*, which has been bagged by 5 UEM students. We wholeheartedly thank the teachers and the entire placement team.
