The department is equipped with instruments in the field of microbiology, biochemistry, immunology, environmental engineering, molecular biology and recombinant DNA technology, plant tissue culture and bioprocess technology. The labs are equipped with analytical instruments like \u00a0\u00a0 PCR, Spectrophotometer ,ELISA plate reader, phase contrast microscope, high speed centrifuge and basic equipment like electrophoresis systems (Western blotting and Southern blotting), BOD incubators deep freezers (-20\u00ba C), ultrasonic cell disintegrators, UV-Visible spectrophotometers.<\/span><\/p>\n
