It is possible that many of us may not be aware that we can create kinetic energy<\/a> when moving or walking<\/a>. The latest research<\/a> has shown that the kinetic energy created is unique to each individual<\/a> and can be used to authenticate the individual’s identity<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Walking converts what type of energy?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The kinetic energy created can also be used to power personal devices<\/a> used by individuals. Individuals can create security and power<\/a> by using the walking energy<\/strong> suitable for wearable technologies<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nowadays, wearable and personal devices have become an integral part of an individual lifestyle<\/a>. A massive amount of personal<\/a> data is collected and stored on these devices. Personal accounts, and movements, including power walking technique<\/strong>, activities, and location<\/a>, are all linked and recorded.<\/p>\n

People are using devices like Apple watches<\/a>, FitBits, and heart rate monitors<\/a>, among others, to keep track of their health<\/a>. The market size for personal wearable technologies is forecasted to reach $150 billion by 2026.<\/p>\n
