On June 21, 2024, UEM Jaipur celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and fervor. The event was organized under the esteemed supervision of Dr. B. S. Yadav, the Director of Physical Education and Program Officer of the National Service Scheme (NSS), in collaboration with the NSS and the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The celebration commenced early in the morning with an inaugural speech by Dr. Yadav, who emphasized the importance of yoga in promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. He highlighted the significance of incorporating yoga into daily routines to foster a healthier lifestyle and reduce stress. His inspiring words set a positive tone for the event, encouraging participants to embrace the holistic benefits of yoga.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The yoga session was conducted in the ground floor auditorium of the university campus, providing a serene and conducive environment for the practice.
