<\/p>\nVarious talks from industry leaders were organized for the students of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur by the Corporate Relations Cell, in the month of April, 2020. These talks are organized at frequent intervals for the faculty members and the students of the IEM-UEM group. The main focus is to develop industrial relationships and to upgrade the students and prepare them for the market. The interactive sessions of these talks are a way of fabricating a path towards gaining proficiency and developing skills of interpersonal communications. In the current circumstances IEM-UEM is organizing a series of webinars and talks using the online platform.\u00a0The Covid 19 has settled a situation where people are bound to stay back at their home and in this crisis situation; the daily work has to get a paddle for boosting the economy. The services of Information Technologies are needed for the running of banks, financial services, hospitals, stock trading etc. Mobile phones and internet connectivity is running on the productivity of the Information technologies. Social Media Applications like twitter, facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram are working with a flow because of the IT services.\u00a0UEM is mainly eyeing to maintain a flow of interactivity and hence these talks are being organized.<\/p>\n
