The practical exposure that the UEM students get from their so very frequent industrial visits, really help them in delivering excellent industrial outputs in the form of projects…… Recently, they have developed Racing Car, F1 car, Blind man’s glass, GPS enabled drone, home automation system, bomb detonator robot controlled via internet and many more……….

UEM, Kolkata Convocation Ceremony 2017

UEM Kolkata First Convocation ceremony was successfully organized in Science City. We are honored to have as Chief Guest – His Excellency Shri Kesari Nath Tripathy, Honorable Governor of West Bengal.
UEM granted honorary Doctorate of Engineering degree to Mr. Ajai Chowdhry, Co-founder of HCL; To Padma Bhusan Dr. Vijay Kumar Saraswat, Member of Niti Aayog and Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University; and to Shri Shekhar Dutt, Former Defense Secretary and Governor of Chattisgarh.

Sabyasachi Roy, Raghav Bhutra and Niladitya Dhali, students and passout students of the University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Jaipur, volunteering in FIFA U-17 World Cup, having been selected as 3 out of the 80 official international volunteers out of 20,000 applicants, for the Kolkata location
